Objective

As an industry expert and healthcare provider, you’re invited to participate in a brief electronic survey designed to help healthcare organizations benchmark their payment operations. The study by The Association for Work Process Improvement (TAWPI) and the Medical Banking Project of the Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society will provide unbiased information to healthcare organizations to improve their understanding of how their peers are using paper-based and electronic payments technologies and processes. The objective is to help healthcare payments executives gain deeper insights about the adoption and effectiveness of these technologies and processes so they can make better-informed strategic and tactical decisions.

Incentives

Survey participants will receive the following items:
• A complimentary copy of the study and access to the survey results (published later this summer).
• Choice of (1) a $25 American Express Gift Card or (2) a more than 50 percent discount on a full registration to TAWPI's Healthcare Payments Automation Summit (HPAS), scheduled for September 19-21 in Boston, Mass. (a $395 savings!).

Participation

Click here to complete the survey.

The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.

If you are not the correct person to complete this survey, please forward to the appropriate person within your department or company. Participation in this survey is voluntary and anonymous. No individual results or information about individual organizations will be reported or recorded; only group/industry results will be reported.

Thank you for your time and feedback.
